DipLC, Associate Certified Coach (ICF)
I began my career in a tough job market, facing countless rejections that tested my confidence and drive. Through that experience, I learned the value of resilience, leaning into my strengths, and continuously upskilling. As a working mum, I stepped away from a 12-year career I had built from the ground up. When it was time to return to the workforce, I faced a critical decision: go back to what I knew, or reinvent myself. That reinvention led me, a few years later, to take one of the most challenging but rewarding steps, moving to a new country with no local experience. Starting over in a new environment pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined and ultimately led me to the work I do today.
Now, through Careerfit46, I help people navigate change, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful career pathways. I bring over a decade of experience in recruitment, leadership, and coaching across two economic recessions, the GFC, and a global pandemic. I’ve worked with more than 500 clients through one-on-one coaching and group programs, with a focus on career transitions, personal branding, and resilience.

I’m someone who genuinely cares about people, their stories, and their challenges. With a background in Psychology and experience in Counselling and Career Coaching, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through both personal and professional transitions. Over the years, I’ve learned that there’s no clear line between “life” and “work.” Our well-being, relationships, values, and career paths are deeply connected. That’s why I take a person-centred approach, meeting people where they are, without judgment or pressure. Sometimes that means helping someone navigate anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm; other times, it’s supporting someone through career uncertainty, burnout, or a change in direction. Whatever the reason, I aim to provide a calm, supportive space where individuals can feel safe to discuss, reflect, and find clarity.
Every person’s journey is unique; my role is to walk alongside, offering guidance, listening, and helping people move forward in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to them.
