Hi, I’m Claire
Making the decision to start my own company and move into career consultation and professional development coaching for me coaching, was both exciting and nerve wracking.
Having worked in the careers industry for a long time, helping people identify and value their skills, recognise their capability and achieve their potential has provided me with a great deal of job satisfaction. Starting my own business was a big change, and one that provided me with an opportunity to step up, do more of what I love and demonstrate my own unique approach to the process.
When you are making big decisions about your career, or work, having someone by your side to support you provides a real impact on how you feel, what you do and the outcomes you achieve. Whether its your first step, your next step, or a return step, I have seen firsthand the difference career coaching can make.

Since I started the business, the focus has always been helping people to achieve their potential, and their life and career goals. Our name “Careerfit” came from the belief that careers are like fitness, you get out what you put in, and the right “career fit”. The number 46 has it’s own story. I wanted to include a number in the business name, because I felt it provided a little more individuality, something that is important to me. On my 46th birthday the inspiration struck.
From a numerological perspective, the combination of 4 and 6 points to inner strength, determination, and focus. These qualities will serve you well in any endeavours that requires hard work and dedication, and nothing can stop you from achieving what you set out to do.
