Dress for Success
Dress for Success is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to helping women in vulnerable situabons access employment opportunites through professional clothing and career development programs. Through this partnership, we volunteer every Thursday afternoon, providing career coaching to women facing economic or social barriers.
As part of the wider volunteer team at Dress for Success, we can help local Wahine gain access to the essenbal tools and support they need to restart, return or commence their careers and improve their quality of life.
Visas for NZ
Collaborating with Visas for NZ means that we can now offer a more rounded service to our international clients. Again, having been approached by Sharon Gibson Business Owner to discuss the potential to collaborate, was a welcomed opportunity.
This opens the door for us to work with clients outside of NZ as well as those already here who need to upgrade or change their Visa status. I know personally how time-consuming and stressful the visa process can be and having an expert on your side like Sharon, takes away that pain, whilst we can support clients achieve their career goals
Risingholme
The Risingholme Learning Centre is a community facility. It serves as a hub for local residents, offering a variety of acbvibes, courses and services aimed at fostering community engagement and well-being.
Working with the team at Risingholme to deliver courses including the Work Readiness and CV Wribng courses has been a great way to add value to the community. Through Risingholme we are able to provide cost-effecbve support in a group dynamic to people living and working in the Garden City.
Ignite
Our contract continues with Ignite and having provided career coaching to their clients for over 4 years now, it is great to know that we are part of the support team that assists people at every stage of their career. If your organization has a contract with Ignite and you are looking for guidance with your career, a work situation or a challenge, then reach out and book your appointment through the Ignite platform.
LME Coaching
Being approached by the Owners of LME Coaching, Nicky and Richard, an Australian-based coaching company to support their NZ clients is an opportunity we never saw coming and we welcomed with open arms.
Being part of the LME team provides an opportunity for us to work alongside experienced coaches and add value to New Zealand employees through the EAP contracts they have with key NZ businesses.

Workplace Support
Our contract with Workplace Support was a result of a recommendation and enables us to provide valuable support to clients who are at work or facing restructure.
Career Direction offers you the benefit of being part of the Workplace Support family and having access to support with professional development and coaching services. Clients who access this support benefit from increased confidence in their work and themselves, greater levels of self and technical learning, promotion and
career goals, as well as better outcomes, training and more.
